      My Official First Lucid Dream!

      Last night I had my first, official lucid dream since starting my journey to become a lucid dreamer. I was extremely excited when I awoke from it.
      The best part was that I remained calm, remembering the advice given on the main pages. I hovered to test myself, make sure I was actually dreaming. Once I was good to go, I flew out the window. I had some fun flying through the night sky because landing and shapeshifting! I was quite happy.

      The amount of control I have is my one major issue. For example, I had someone I didn't like following me around and I couldn't make them vanish. Also, as I shifted into a wolf I couldn't shift 100%. There was always some part still human, I just couldn't finish the shift.

      So, if you could please point me in the direction for gaining better control, I'd be really happy. :3

      Great job!

      Yeah, be sure to always test yourself when you think your dreaming...and be very careful of jumping out windows. People have done that before and died.

      Good job! Congrats! Also, I wouldn't worry about jumping through windows if it's on the 1st floor .

      how did you try to change....i can not change my dream body very well...but i can change DC's easily

      It's a spiritual thing. I simply visualize myself as wolf, visualize paws and a tail, a head. I concentrate on the image of a running wolf, and become it.
