I am into meditation and believe it enhances the ability to have a lucid dream. About a week ago I wondered what would happen if while experiencing a lucid dream you stopped whatever you were doing in the dream and sat down to meditate. After about a week of giving myself suggestions before going to sleep to be aware I am dreaming and then meditate in the dream, I was able to experience it last night.
I was dreaming I was walking in what seemed to be a huge shopping mall with many people around me when I realized I was dreaming. I stopped walking and sat down and began meditating with my eyes partially open. The mall scene faded out and then I was suddenly moving at rapid speed. The sense of movement was going backwards(not up or down). Then suddenly the movement stopped and I was lying in snow outside of what looked like a huge ski lodge. I went inside and began moving around observing the many active people inside when my alarm clock went off and I was awake.
I was wondering this morning what would have happened if I had tried to meditate again in the ski lodge scenario. Has anyone tried this?
