      First LD. woot!

woopee, first lucid dream this morning using DEILD.
i was in a dream on a space ship infested with alien creatures, after closing an air lock in a secure control room with 5 of the crew i woke up. i was enjoying this particular dream so i rolled into a more comfortale position, closed my eyes and pictured a button on a wall of the controll room and lifted my dream body's arm and pressed the button. on pressing the button i was instantly transported into the dream (unaware i was dreaming). I was being briefed by one of the crew on the infestation and chances of survival when i suddenly thought "wait a sec... im dreaming" from that moment i knew i was in a dream and didnt need to do a RC. to keep myself from geting excited i carried on talking to the crew member as i got up to walk around walking was quite difficult at first i dont know wether this was due to it being my first experiance and my uncertainty or wether this well happen in every LD i have (feedback on this would be nice). i ran around a table in the middle of the control room and let my concentration slip and i faded to black and woke up.
this was a great first taste and i learned a lot from the experiance.. cant wait for the next one !

yeah now that you have expericed a LD you know they are real and possible you are boud to have more now....at least that was how it was for me....

i think the walking part was because you were maybe not fully, fully asleep, sometimes it is hard for me to move in a LD when i know if i move to much i will wake myself up.....more thought than actually moving....anyways i am happy for you! congrats!
