      WILD failures :(

So i have had a successful WILD before, when i set my alarm clock and woke up in the middle of the night and then went back to sleep counting my breaths and repeating "i am going into a dream" then my body automatically sat up and the lights in my room were on. At that point i did a reality check and i knew i was in a dream.

However, when i try WILDing now i just end up falling asleep.
Ive tried for like 5 days in a row now.

      any tips?

Try on a weekend to stay up as long as you can! Then when you fell like you cant keep your eyes open.
WILD.. I think it is better because it works faster, BUT Its harder to stay contious. But PUSH YOUR MIND.
