Finally, first LD

I was sitting at my computer and I clicked on something and it didn't seem right. Some window popped up that shouldn't have and I remembered that happening in a dream once (even though nothing like that has ever happened in one of my dreams). I had a passing thought that I should do a reality check just for the fun of it. I plugged my nose and tried to breath in through it, fully expecting to not be able to breathe like had happened all the times I did that check in the past. However, this time I was able to breathe through my nose! I yelled, "Holy shit! I'm dreaming!" and immediately lept into the air and flew up to the ceiling. I hovered a little and the dream faded and I became aware that I was in bed with my eyes closed. From this point on it was more like I was laying in bed and imagining things happening, only it was easier to picture it in my head than normal. I imagined myself gliding in the air downstairs and my aunt Vickie and brother Matt were in the dining room. It was at my parents' house. I floated up and went halfway into the ceiling. My aunt joked, "Hey, looks like you caught onto something!" I floated past my dad into the kitchen where my sister Amy and mom were. I went down and stood on the counter and Amy said something about me being on the counter. Then I became bored and opened my eyes and I was laying in my dark bedroom after taking a nap.

maybe that had happened in at least one of your dreams but only your subconscious mind remembered.:] congrats on your first lucid. the more experienced you get the more fun it'll get.:] thats what i'm working on too.
