Favorite LD Moment

This is probably my favorite LD moment, because it was so ridiculously funny. I can't even remember what I was dreaming about (my memory barely rivals that of that guy from Memento), but in the dream I was sitting there analyzing why I was having this dream and figuring out how it was caused by a real life situation and then thinking it was hysterical that I was analyzing a dream within the very dream. When I woke up, I thought it was even more hysterical, enough to tell a couple people about it (I try not to bore people with my dreams ever) Damn, I wish I could remember the details, but it was months ago. Also, I sometimes find myself saying things that I said or thought recently in waking life, and I know I'm repeating them verbatim and I think that it's weird that I feel the need to take this time in the dream to give these speeches or whatever, because these are not real people and I'm basically talking to myself. In the dream, I'll think "Jesus, why are you saying this s--t, this is intellectual masturbation, and furthermore, YOU'VE ALREADY DONE THIS IN REAL LIFE!", but I just can't stop myself. I think I may have Narcissistic Personality Disorder. What are your favorite LD moments?

There are plenty of times where I could have become lucid but didn't, I find those funny. One time some dude was screaming at me to do a reality check, I didnt. Another time in a dream I was reading a book on dreams, didn't do a reality check. And theres been countless times that I DID do a reality check, my watch went all wacko, and instead of going lucid I thought, Hmmm maybe my watch is broken... seems like u already had experianwith lucid dreams before u joined this site?

I love when I'm in a dream and all my DCs start telling me to wake up or I'm going to be late. It always makes me feel so hapy that my mind cares about me being on time. I always get like awwww, you Dcs are so sweet. Thanks, Ill wake up right now Its so amusing.

seems like u already had experianwith lucid dreams before u joined this site? Yeah, I've been doing it for 8 years (I go into detail about my history on the Newbies board). A couple years ago, my friend was telling me about learning about lucid dreaming in a psychology class and I was like, "That's what it's called? I've been doing that for years," and his jaw dropped. I didn't know it could be learned; I found this site yesterday while trying to find out if my lucid dreaming meant anything about me. I'm amazed that it can be controlled; it always just happened for me. Actually, the only info I'm finding on it is how to induce it. You guys make me want to care about my dreams again - it IS really fun!

My favorite Lucid Moment is when I was spinning 'cause that's all I did and than I fell and flew before touching the ground and at that moment I lost all lucidity and even though I thought it was weird that I was having a Tchat with a seal I didn't gain more lucidity...
