I've been lucid dreaming since i was 9 years old...

I have been lucid dreaming since i was about 9 years old and didnt even know that i was. I did know that it was an ability because i was more aware of all my dreams and around my bed. What else i found fun was lucid dreaming and then falling off a building or an aeroplane or crashing into a wall inside a car or off a motorbike... (basically suicidal thoughts ) I know this is sure to be lucid because when i wake up right after killing myself i remember every single moment and smile about it. I actually got into the habit because i was actually trying to find a way to dream all the things that i wanted to, and it worked. Its being able to lucid dream, i could choose to do it tonight or to sleep normal tonight if i've had a tiring day.

You have to let everything go, all doubts, fear, anger, everything. You can think of something that motivates you in life. Its kind of tricky if you ask me especially if anyone is new to it. Im not sure if its possible through meditated ways but maybe it is since it gives you 'mind control'

And one more thing i should add is that I am a solipsist and this maybe gives a great advantage over someone whos 'down to earth'. It also lets me experience life in a different way and maybe this is lucid life...

Oops forgot to say that I usually remember nearly all my dreams that i have, sometimes right after waking up and then being reminded through the day or usually when someone or something that triggers me to remember it and somehow i am always trigered. I can tell my mind to remember dreams that are important to me otherwise i will just have a think of it and then carry on with whatever i have to. I dont think this lucid dreaming is really necessary though because sometimes i am reminded of things like my ex's or the place i used to live or the bad or cool things that i have done in my past. I have few people in my family who have nightmare problems but i think lucid dreaming would really help to overcome this problem since i only face smiling it...

Well i wouldnt say i was too lucky unless your talking about a healthier sleep maybe, I only found this site a few minutes before my first post and since it had a forum i thought i should post just incase somebody had a particular interest in 'Lucid Dream' I've come across these two words a lot and wondered what it was and the words actually have always left a splinter in my mind that Lucid sounds something watery and blurry but sharp like a dream and dream is dream so i thought i'l search for it. (might sound stupid but there you go)
I dont think You have more of a chance to Lucid dream if your really tired, because that'll less your chances of being in control. i guess its more to do with motivation to sleep, like being able to feel sleepy through the day like a baby but this not being a habit of yours. Maybe its also to do with how much your in control of your consciousness or similar; since this category for me does fall into philosophy (not sure about phenomoneon)

I used to read a lot about these kind of stuff about meditations and mind control and usedto get a lot of things that a person is able to do if they are naturally bonded with their thoughts, stuff like that. The question that triggered me was the thing about faith and how much i am in control of my own free will, or even in circumstances of facing seduction of evil/devil, could i ever be more powerful??
The thing that i saw a huge bottleneck when it came down to this was 'addiction' in humanity. Addiction to even small things like cigarrette or alcohol or even sex... Then i realised through philosophy and a bit of psychology that i can actually be in control of myself, the environment and make circumstances for myself theway i want them to. I have been through hard times and everything but without all the bad sides of it.

Anyway if anyone has any questions i am willing to answer them...

I know i am posting too many seperate posts but sorry im kind of hurrying. Just to say thought my last post was about the fact of being able to control your emotions and thoughts, this i think would definately have a great deal with Lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming can i think also make your memory more effective if you ask me, like storing picture from your eyes when you was about five and still remembering it still today as clearly as you saw it then even thought realising that you have no chance of ever seeing tha image again. ( I have done it many time sin fact) it doesnt always work but try for yourselves and ake an actual picture and store it there for 50 years maybe... Does this have anything to do with Lucid Dream?? it might...

One thing though is that if someone were to loose control of their physical thoughts and consciousness doing something crazy and then not remembering, i think thios is a psychological problem (cant remember the name though) lucid dreaming may come into handy here, same goes with hypnosis or a maybe if your in a coma... I know no one can give a certain response but i think lucid dreaming is something more extraordinary than just dreaming.

If you're a solipsist then why are you bothering trying to communicate to others through an Internet forum?

Yes you are lucky. You can experiment with you subconscioussness. I believe you can will it to do everything you want it to. Reliving moments, bring up hiddent secrets and things you thought you had forgot for a long time ago. Really use it like a supercomputer. Keep on experimenting.

Why would you ask me a question if i am an solipsist? Why would you bother wondering?

By posting here i will ultimately be posting for myself right? things are not that simple, philsophy is not either.
I would not keep myself from teaching others(humans) things new to them or giving my opinion or sharing my experiences, thats what i am here to do...
Being able to change everything the way you want to like a director behind a camera makes everything different to acting.

As for the supercomputer I could check every sentence and word for grammatical/spelling mistakes i could relate them to every other time i have ever specifically used it or the first time i learned its use...

I aint that able> maybe someone is. i already bury myself with thoughts; i would not want to kill myself over it (maybe like 'a beautiful mind' nash*) Being the person i am i try to make the most out of every moment i have and to do unforgettable things, having nothing impossible left to do and let the people around me experience me...

yeah i still beat you to it i knew that from my second post but then i wudnt want to jump start the whole thing into ur brain..
