am i lucid dreaming?

ok so im very very new to this and i heard about lucid dreaming a week ago and only started to try it 2 days ago. first night i tried the WILD technique and went straight into lucid dreaming. my body was lifted off the ground but then i got extremely scared and woke up. second night was extremely interesting. ok so im asleep and out of nowhere my conscious would ask myself am i dreaming (i have made myself very used to asking that question very frequently) and i would realize that i am and i would basically know that im sleeping but im conscious and my body would feel very heavy. So then i went onto imagining things but i only hear voices of what i imagine. its like a dream with audio but no video. so then i said maybe im suppose to wake up and i will be dreaming but i actually woke up and stopped dreaming. then i decided to go back to sleep thinking i will be lucid dreaming again and i did. but again only had audio but no video. its just all blackness and my body feeling very heavy i will see how my third night goes today but any suggestions?

So far you have had a WILD and the 2nd day it seems like either you were on your way to having a lucid or you needed to open your "dream eyes." Just try to WILD I guess and hope what happened the first time will happen again.

i tried WILD but on second night but didnt work for me. i lyed awake on the bed for 3 hours straight then finally gave up. and also i thought i needed to open my eyes and doing the during my first dream and ended up waking up. besides that idk how to open my "dream eyes" lol
