      Exclamation WTF was this!?!?!?!

Ok, so I just joined a few weeks ago, never tried Lucid Dreaming, and started with dream recall. The first night I tried it, I got 7 dreams out of it. So I noticed I was a natural at this.

Recently, i had the weirdest experience, and I don't know if it's considered being Lucid.

In my dream, I was in a Sin City-style black/white world, I was wearing a Matrix-like Leather cape, and so were other people.

Anyway, I was sitting on a couch in a mansion (night time), I looked out these huge windows and saw the moon, and said, "I feel like becoming Lucid now." And I jumped up and flew towards the moon, I flew in the air for a long time.

Suddenly, I woke up...but not in the real world. I was 100% conscious, I remember it as clear as a memory that just happened. While it was going on, I was so sure it was reality, but all around me was...blackness.

It was the most vivid experience! I can practically still feel a wind on my face, there was absolutely NOTHING different from real life. but I was in a sort of "Black hole" nothing existed except me and my consciousness and I could feel i was laying down, and looked at my hands. It was too real.

How did I know I was dreaming? I suddenly, randomly took out an ipod touch, and controlled the design of the menus (Wtf, i know, of all things), and said, "Oh my God, how can this possibly be a dream?"

Then before I knew it, the world around me took color and I was on a beach!
After what felt like HOURS, I was in Sin-City again, walking the streets, when suddenly..."I feel like becoming Lucid again." And flew towards the moon (for some reason, it felt like the 3rd time, even though I now only remember doing it once before in the dream.)
...only this time, I went only so high, then fell...I literally felt my body hit a street, and my family was gathering around body.

Thats when I woke up, and my body was aching, like I had actually hit the street!

I don't know what to make of this....

not sure wat ur asking specifically

i kno the other night i had a dream that i overdosed on tylenol and i could feel my heart pounding but when i woke up, the pain faded but it took a moment.

the blackness u wer talking bout, i think i felt it before, but i felt really numb and weightless but i think it was part of a sleep paralysis phase. still how u describe it sounds new to me

dream recurring in one night, a common thing.

well i hope you have fun

Sounds like you had a false awakening. For all you know you could still be dreaming.

If you think about pain enough, you will feel it.

      Sounds like an awesome dream.

I also found it weird how I just decided to "become lucid" in Sin City, then flew, even though I don't think I was Lucid while flying, because I thought it was reality and that "Becoming Lucid" just meant taking control of my world,

I had no idea it was a dream until the blackness/ipod part.

Sounds like a very vivid dream. Lucid dreams tend to be more vivid, and youd may have better recall. Congratulations.
