So it started in this insane, no, weird apocalyptic scenario. I don't know how it happened, but half of the world was this insane, hellish, unstable, volcanic landscape, but the other half, (the one I was on) was just fine. Like, just completely okay. Instead of relief, I felt this massive sadness. Billions of people had just died! I was in a classroom, looking at this globe. A teacher of some sort was showing the safe and unsafe portions of the planet. He explained that this calamity had come down from outer space, but fortunately, was just a thin crust filled with magma. When it hit the earth, half of the earth was not destroyed, or blown up, it was merely covered in this magma. Everyone on the southern half of the earth was slowly burned to death, knee deep in molten lava. It didn't explode, it just sort of, spilled on to the earth. Anyways, the scene transitioned, and I was walking down my street. I was completely miserable. I thought to myself, "This can't be happening, how could something THIS bad ever happen to the planet?" "All those poor people are dead!" Now the lucidity kicked in a little oddly, this time. It happened when I said this; "This... this is the sort of thing that happens in a dream! But this real. Wait a second, is it?" I did a reality check, and concluded that I was dreaming. I felt releived that none of this was really happening. I looked around, and everything looked, and felt so real. I somehow ended up in a gymnasium. I saw a lot of people there, and I decided that I'd mess with a few of them. I told one of them that they were a dream character. They looked at me like, "Are you crazy?" I tried flying, but the room was too small, and I still need to work on dream control, so I couldn't. After that, I woke up.
Now the main factor that makes this LD stand out is just how vivid it was. I mean, I had a hard time beleiving that I was in a dream. It was completely indistinguishable from reality. One of the problems I've been having is that I've been spending too much time in LD's paying attention to the vividness of the dream. This is giving me less time to actually do something amazing/impossible, and more time just marveling at the fact that it is so real. Any tips? An admin can move this to dream control if they need to.
