Thread: I had short amount lucidity using WILD techinque.

Today I was using the WIlD technique. I went to bed at 2:15 A.M. and slept for about 5 hours and 30 minutes(I was using the NILD technique too). I awoke at 7:55 A.M. I then stayed up for a litte over an hour, reading stuff here on DreamViews and chating with a person in the chatroom. Well when I got back to bed and I used the last part of WILD technique, where you suppose to imagine doing something with all your sensations. I imagined driving a car, feeling the steering wheel, and smelling the polluted air (lol). After, maybe about 10 or 15 minutes of me imagining stuff using my senses, something hit me. I was paralyzed and this vibration went through me. It also felt like painless high voltage electricty going through my entire body. I had this buzzing in my ears. I opened my eyes (vibration still going on and buzzing in my ears still going on too) and saw that I was on my side. I look at my feet and saw how one leg was way up. I was still a bit paralyzed. Then when I stoped thinking about driving a car it went away. But when thought about driving a car, the buzzing and vibration/painless electricty came right back. I had my eyes closed already. Then my entire mind went blank with white behind my closed eyelids. Behind my closed eyelids (if you don't already get the hint: I'm dreaming and I'm lucid) I saw a girl laying on a bench on her side. I was in the same postion that I was on my bed and I was floating but couldn't move even in my dream. I couldn't see her face (because she had a black shawdow on it). She looked like the girl from a scary video game called F.E.A.R. I was afraid she might attack me, then I remebered that if you think something might happen in a dream or lucid dream that it will happen. So then I thought to my self, "Oh she won't attack me". But I was scared enough as it was from the vibration and buzzing that I woke myself up on acciendt. Everything the wepage I got the wild technique info from said would happend, happend.
