Lucid dream or nothing

Hello to all. I want to say that I can't decide whether my dream is lucid or not. For instance one of my dreams(I experienced lots of this type of dream) was that I was experiencing sex relationship with different people in my life and I knew it can't be real, but the feelings were so intense! Really, it was like in the real life! Another one: I was in a building and there was a special room (or maybe an elevator) and I was yelling (Ja-ja-ja-ja-ja) and my body was compressing so much, so that I was feeling in a box. And then I said that I can't continue because I don't know what is further on. I coul feel my breathing control (when yelling JA-JA-JA like indians) and then I was scared about what is beyond this happening (shrinking). I was thinking in my dream that maybe I could travel in another world or something. But I was scared so I left that room and then... I don't remember. I think after that someone told me I could never have spiritual experiments. What to say about this?

Unless at one point you realize that you are in fact dreaming, you are still un-lucid. Better luck next time!
