Finally another LD, but couldn't use powers

Ok so about after 5 weeks of trying to get back into lucid dreaming I had one again, woohoo! I was having a non-lucid dream and then suddenly everything went black for a couple seconds and then I found myself in bed. I had a False awakening. I pinched my nose and started breathing, got real happy and jumped out of bed and did the "looking at your hands to see if they are deformed" reality check just to make sure (I ended up seeing like 20 fingers on my hand). The first thing that came to mind was to tear down my house with my bare hands. I went over to my bedroom door and starting throwing punches at it, the darn thing wouldn't break. Instead I went over to my glass door and tried diving through it and ended up hitting the glass head first and yet the door just "budged". I felt kinda like neo from the matrix when he attempts to jump from one building to another and epically failed lol. Since i for some reason couldn't break anything I went to the weakest window in my room and shattered it, went to jump to fly out of it and just fell on the concrete below . There was actual blood and then I started worrying that i wasn't really dreaming so i did a reality check and tried flying again, and i just kept falling until I woke up. This has never happened in any of my lucid dreams, I couldn't do anything . Guess it just wasn't my night, atleast i'm getting back into LDing though!

I hate those "powerless lucids", they happen to me from time to time as well. Though when you can't really do anything, it gives you the opportunity to explore the dream world instead..
