      WILD Consciousness Help

Hey, this thread has probably been made a trillion time before but I am having a exceptionally hard time staying conscious in a WILD. While I have found that the steps to performing a WILD have tremendously helped me with my problem of falling to sleep. I always lose consciousness before I dream. (Or at least don't remember being in sleep dream paralysis)

Any tips on steps to do to help keep conscious but have a somewhat clear mind??? (Not being too flooded with emotion)

      I need help

Do you ever get hypnagonic images? I found it effective to not try to stay conscious all the way through sleep paralysis but instead just lay there going to sleep like you normally would, then when you see the hypnagonic scenes try to jump into to them really quickly and forcefully, grabbing something in the scene with your hand. No need to wait peacefully for the images to solidify to a full dream, just rush in and take it. Basically I'm advocating malac's fast grab, but I don't bother with the initial visualization.

      Talk to yourself really
Controlling my feelings for too long,
Forcing our darkest souls to unfold,
      Pushing us into self destruction.

They make me dream.... Make me dream, your dreams.
They make me scream.... Make me scream, and scream.
