Yessss, this morning I succeeded.
I had talked with a friend of mine yesterday and he talked about flying and lucid dreaming.
Without any focus or pressure on it I went to sleep.
I had a dream in wich I was thinking alot, encoutering some people I knew and some other DC's
When I woke up I thought:"Hey, I was thinking a lot, good stuff, I have to get back to sleep and hope that I get back where I left off"
So when I returned in the dream I got lucid!
And without the pressure I felt in previous dreams I tried to fly. I usually got too excited and the dream abruptly ended.
This dream was really stable, but I wanted to make it more vivid, so I rubbed my hands, but the rubbing hands tech doesn't seem to work for me unfortunately.
Then I first floated a bit upwards and got back down on the ground again, so then I thought of just focussing on moving my whole body into the sky and it worked.
Then I flew to high and the whole scenery went all blurry so I decided to fly a bit lower.
Then I landed and walked around a bit and then the dream ended.
So I'm a happy guy
Strange thing is that I didn't consciously focus on lucid dreaming for a while (I've had some trainwreck lucid moments, suddenly getting lucid and then getting too excited and within 3 seconds waking up again)
I haven't done RC's or anything, I suddenly was conscious of the fact that I was thinking in my dream and could steer my thoughts into becomming Lucid
