      Lightbulb My New propper lucid

      the other night i went lucid. here it goes.

      i was in a field and i turned round to find a sheep running towards me.
      it jumped up and everything went in slow motion. when it was just about to attack me i realised i was dreaming and i moved out the way and then i woke up.
      lol.

      very strange.

      just to ask.
      i was trying to get SP and i dont think i got a got it because i didnt realise it was a dream imeadiatly.
      was this a WILD or a MILD?

      SP does not happen when you are dreaming (that you are aware of. Yes YOU.) SP happens while you are fully conscious and sometimes with your eyes open. Your brain is FULLY awake, and your body is asleep (that's a simple explanation).
      Unless you meditated before you fell asleep, the lucid dream you had was a WILD.

      Wild wasn't for sure, its most likely a DILD but it could be MILD too --> that's what you should know what technique you tried.
