Thread: First post, first lucid

Hey everyone, this is my first post, and my first LD since i heard about Lucid dreaming.
It was very short, and weir. I was dreaming, and in that dream, i saw myself falling a sleep and starting a different dream. Instatly i understood i was dreaming, so i tried to jump and start flying. It almost worked, but things started fading away.. and i woke up!

That sucks, the first LD I had was before I knew about Lucidity. Flying on a cloud I fall out of it and I'm thinking, "WTF how is this happening" so I decide to do a bunch of flips then belly flop into the ocean. Weird thing though, when I hit the ocean I woke up and actually bounced (sorta hope you get what I'm trying to say) any one explain that?

i used to have a lot of LDs when i was younger, but i really didnt know much about it... some other week i stumbled across the forum, and started "working" on it. About the bouncing, that has happened to me several times. specially when i "die" on my dreams.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I 'died' when I fell from the sky and belly flopped on water
