Hahahahahahahahahahahah Finally!

So last night I finally had my first ever lucid dream. It wasn't much, but at least now I am convinced that the phenomena exists, I must admit I had some reservations about it up to this point.

Anyway, I was having a dream about car racing, but my car broke down and so I was pushing it around the backyard of a house that I've never seen before but accepted as my own. I was looking for the garage. This is what went through my head 'why the fuck cant I find my garage? Where the fuck is it.... Holy fucking shit, I'm dreaming.'

At this point I stopped pushing the car, raised my arms, looked straight up at the sky which was a weird shade of purple, and tried to fly away. I actually started levitating upwards a little but then I started falling down very fast. I fell through the ground and everything turned black. For that brief period of flight though, everything came into exceptional focus and I remember thinking 'wow, this is pretty real for a dream.' Anyway, I was falling down through blackness at a very fast rate for a while. Towards the end I became conscious of both the dream and my body in bed, and then the dream just faded away and there was nothing left.
Here I briefly experienced sleep paralysis, another first for me. I always thought it'd be terrifying but it really wasnt. It took some effort to move my head, and then I just fell asleep again.

Sounds awesome.

A tip for flying. Tell yourself you will fly, then get a running start and jump into the air. Thats all I did and it was a breeze.

I want to experience Sp, just without the hallucinations.
