Weird Experience

Okay, so I downloaded some "LucidRemix" MP3 to listen to with headphones in all night. It has given me some very interesting/weird dreams. Last night, I was dreaming about laying in a bed. It wasn't my bed, or my house, but I was laying there trying to get to sleep. I heard a weird noise that I've never heard before which made me do an RC, then I realised I was dreaming. The second I got lucid, there was a presence next to the bed I was in in my dream. It lifted up the covers and pulled me out of the bed, which woke me up. When I woke up, my covers were on the floor and I was half hanging out of my bed. It felt very strange to be "pulled" out of my dream and it also felt very real. It scared me enough to turn the light on and turn off the MP3..

Maybe you were dreaming you were moving because the paralysis part of sleeping stopped, and you were actually moving in real life.
