Meeting deceased aunt, scary omen

Hey guys, new to the forums! I'm sure everyone has their share of meeting and seeing dead relatives and family members in dreams. This one hits a little closer than it should. Let me tell you a little bit about my experience. I'm not really that new to lucid dreaming, but, in this one I didn't know I was dreaming. However, it felt more real that being awake (that's why this is so wierd). I had this dream about 3 months ago. I was in a house that I felt was mine but don't recall anything before this. I look over, standing in my house, and illuminating with radiant colors is my dead aunt who has been deceased for almost 15 years. Now, when I saw her I felt my face grin and I reached out to hug her. It felt real. I talked with her for what seemed to be a few minutes but my dream recollection ability is not very good and I didn't write it down. Again, let me emphasize just how real, or, more conscious I felt. Less than a month later, my Mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is doing well now though, only level 1. When she first told me this, I flashed back to the dream and starting thinking about it again. My Aunt died of breast cancer, and on the same breast. I never have recalled a dream of my Aunt, so this was strange for it to be the first one. Now I realize that this could just be a coincidence, but, this was the most surreal experience that I've ever encountered in a dream, and I've had many strange ones. Thanks for reading.

i've heard of stories like that, even happened to my mom she was like going through a stressful time and her mom came to her and told her everything would be alright and it really helped her out by the way best of luck to your mom
