Is it possible to forget your dreaming?

I had my first lucid dream! and when the guy off burn notice picked me up i was excited that i was meeting a celebrity then i said i was a big fan he said that he knew me his whole life and i said wait i am dreaming! i did the hand reality check my pinky was shorter. so i told him to let me out here (in the dessert for some reason) and i imaged an M4 in my hand nothing tried to fly nothing tried to lift object with telekinesis nothing so i remembered to just walk around a little and control my movements i sat down on a rock and the Micheal Weston (off burn notice on usa) picked me up and said we have to goto an island called paradise. and completely forgot i was dreaming

Yea, you definitely can forget you're dreaming, it happens to me a lot actually. You just have to make sure you ground yourself to the dream and really focus on staying aware.
