Lucid dream This morning (question inside)

      Hey everyone

I just like literally woke up from a lucid dream.. Before i explain it to you, let me tell you about my night.. I ended up hanging out with friends, and around 10:30ish, i was like, you know what, im gonna go home.. I went home, relaxed a little bit and read up on here.. then I was gonna try to WILD... I shut off the light, and tried to WILD.. Only thing that got accomplished there was becoming really relaxed.. I ended having 4 non-ld's through out the night.. I ended up waking up at about 6 in the morning... I write down my dream's at a website i use for my online dream journal (still have to add this one i am about to tell you)

at this time its about 6:30. I got up, went to the bathroom, smoked a cig, ate breakfast.. about this time its 7 in the morning... What to do.. I checked dreamviews again, read up on that for about 20 minutes.. I tried to lay back down for a little bit, but with no prevail... So what do i do?

I watch the movie VANILLA SKY!!! Toward the end of the movie I was getting really tired again after being up for a few hours... So I decided to take a nap..

It honestly felt like with in a minutes I was asleep.. Before I fell asleep I concentrated on my breathing, told myself I was going to remember my dreams, and to do a reality check..

Next thing I know, I am opening my garage door to come into the house and I see a white cabinet flying around on the ceiling, like the wind was blowing it from a storm.. It was really vivid and realistic. I shut the door and stood there for a moment and was like.. "Ummmmm, I have to be dreaming?!?!"

I do a RC (nose pinch) and I can clearly breathe through it...Bam, I am Lucid!

Only one problem... The cabinet on the ceiling keeps getting tossed around and my Lucid Powers don't work.........

So I am standing there telling myself "Okay.. calm down" I rub my hands to make the dream more stable. For some reason my vision was really messed up because I could only see out of one eye. I ended up walking up the backstairs of my house to where are weight room is. I turn the corner and there is like a vacuum sitting there.. So I was like, okay then.!?

My vision still messed up, still wondering what is really going on because everything was still vivid and I don't remember going to sleep.. I try floating/flying.. so I jump, and that didn't work.........

Next thing I know I take a few steps and my eyes open and I am laying there where I fell asleep.....

Question: The last thing I remember before entering the dream was hearing a car pass by in real life just outside my window.. I was wondering if I had accidently WILD....I had no SP, i don't think I had any HI either.. I just remember laying my head down, concentrating on my breathing, while my eyes were closed... and the last thing i heard was that car passing by--if it was an actual car, and bam, next thing I knew, I was in a dream....

      thank you!

Certainly a WILD. Sleep paralysis and WILDing do not go hand in hand.

not a WILD- wild's mean you don't loose consiousness or lucidity.
Awesome dream though I have messed up vision sometimes also, especially after I become lucid in a FA

Yeah, he's right. Not a WILD. Close though. Pretty much the same result anyway.
