Woah, strange lucid induction technique...

I had my third lucid dream last night (yay me!), and I achieved lucidity in an IMO strange way - a "wake back to bed" from a false awakening! It's a strange experience (although I did not realize the awakening was false until I truly woke up). The last scene from the dream was a photo of some long-haired guy, and when I had the false awakening, I thought "When I see the photo in my dreams, I will become lucid." It worked! Has anyone else had this?

Hey, I became from a lucid from a false awakening too, what a coincidence lol. So, have you looked at this photo in real life, or it was just in the dream?

The photo was completely random. It looked like the singer from Iron Maiden though :p.

You had a lucid dream by being in a false awakening? example: you were in a FA and then you realized you were dreaming, there fore you were lucid? or am i just having a hard time understanding what your saying

No, you see, I fell asleep again after the FA, and that's when I saw this photo, causing me to become lucid, since as I fell asleep I told myself "I'll become lucid when I dream about the photo again". (of course it was an FA so in the end everything was a dream)
