      My first SP experience!!

Last night, I was having trouble falling asleep. So, I laid in bed keeping still. After a while, really randomly, I heard a few piano notes play, accompanied by a robotic voice. After these stopped, I experienced sporadic moments of coldness and tingling. I didn't really wild, though, since I hadn't even fallen asleep yet. I just find it interesting that I almost wilded before sleep.

Well, I enjoyed the cooling sensations, since it was pretty hot in the room, and the few musical notes I heard were very beautiful. I'm just about convinced that mine aren't the scary type. Something interesting, though, is that it happened again last night. I was lying in my bed with my eyes closed when I opened them. It was very strange, it was like another scene was imposing itself onto my vision. Roughly half my sight was my room, and another half was just random whiteness. I tried to close my eyes to wild, but the damage was done, since I had already sat up. Thanks for your intrest, though.

I just went into SP last night for the first time...it was uh...interesting. I didn't hear or see anything, but my body did feel all weird. After about 10 seconds, it went numb. I knew what was happening in my mind, but my body was FREAKING OUT. I could feel my heart racing, I had a hard time breathing. I let it happen, and bam, my body was out of the game. Tried to WILD, but failed. Going to try SP'ing again sometime.

      SP Experience

My first SP experience was terrifying. I was drifting in and out of sleep and I could see faces and heard many voices talking to me at the same time. I saw the face of a woman. She told me she needed my help. I saw flashes of shadow people sitting around me. I noticed weird parts of a room I had never been in. It wasn't like my normal SP that I have now. I couldn't see around the room i was actually in. I could only see these images which I thought this girl was wanting me to see. I struggled to make my mouth work and say "go away" and "stop" over and over

very spooky...now i get sp all the time. I have learned to manipulate it in crazy ways now

I'm sure you've heard this before, but, SP works on expectations, so, if you expect something scary, it'll happen. Also, it was mentioned somewhere that when you get SP, you brain tries to get an explanation thus the alien invasion or old hag, etc.... Just remember that everything you see in SP is made up and is not real and you should be fine.
To OP, you mentioned "Roughly half my sight was my room, and another half was just random whiteness." Last night, with my eyes open, my room began to turn green as in a layer was placed over to make it look green. I tried to return it to black to see what happens and it would always go back. I think I was close to having SP, since, I was feeling low vibrations

Yeh sometimes with my SP I fade between dream world and reality which is the best way to enter an LD.... it's gotta be said though, the 1st couple of times I had it I was really frightened, mainly because I didnt have a clue what was happening!!

Keep your mind active and tune into the stereogram.
