      Dream of a dream?

      Last night I dreamed that I had an LD. As in, I dreamt that i said, "I am dreaming" and idont remember anything after that. has this happened to anyone else, and how can I improve?

      sounds like you were lucid at that point in the dream keep it up!

      Happends to me all the time, and thats how most lucids happen, well not most, but a good part of them.

      Just practice RC's and it should help.

      but, RXC573, nobody can say to you if you were lucid or not, what do YOU THINK ? and why?

      it's a good thing that you said "I'm dreaming" in a dream, but that's not the point, or at least, it depends on what do YOU think happened.

      but it's a good thing because it means that lucid dreaming is in your head.
      just keep practicing, for how long have you been doing it?
