WHY, why must i be so fail?

Last night i had a lucid dream, and im not talking about the crappy ones i was having. This dream was LONG, at least 20 mins. Only problem is that i can only remember the beginning and certain snippets.

      This is all i remember.
I was in my room and I tried to move, but i accidentaly tried to move my IRL body (felt weird) and i was like WOAH, im in a LD! SO i RCed by looking at my hand and trying to put my finger through it. This did not work just like everytime, but then i remembered that it might not work and held my nose. IT WORKED! I reminded my self to stay calm, but it was hard.I rubbed my hands together, and IT WAS AMAZING. I could see every little pore in the paint, but i remained calm.
I decided to go upstairs and see how my dcs were doing. By this point, i was pretty concrete in my dream btw. I tell my step dad he is a dc, and he says "yeah, i know, congratulations" and then it kind of just fades from my memory there. I mean i know i did more, and i remember feelings i had, but i don't actually clearly remember anything until the end.

I was laying down in a castle, on the floor, i remember i got there but not how, and it is frustrating. I was trying to transform, but it was hard as crap! I mean hard, i must have been sitting there for 3 minuets. The hardest part was that I could feel my dream body( I was trying to transform into a girl) and i could feel my dick, so i couldn't. It was beyond frustrating.

So then i have the bright idea to get into another dream by spinning. It works, but i dont concentrate on lucidity, and it fades (god damnit) and in the next dream, i felt like i was forgetting something...

Wow, sounds like that must have been a frustrating experience! But still, having an experientially long one like that is pretty neat!

      Question

Have you tried doing some recall techniques?

Try and look at some of the techniques that many people have posted.

One of them, is to try to remember anything you saw.

Maybe if say, you saw a police car when your dream cut off, if you thought about that small detail, it could lead to bigger ones. Best of luck.
