Uncomfortably Lucid

Hi everyone I was reviewing my dream journal and i came across an interesting entry. Here it is: April 30 2009 I have been having crazy dream since school ended but have not been recording most of them. Last night I dreamt that I was in my backyard. It was summer I think. Next thing I knew it was winter and I wanted it to be summer again. I tried to make it summer again but I could not do it. I was amazed at how detailed everything was. I looked at my hands and noticed that they were not quite right. I think there were some snowmobilers ripping around. Things started to get uncomfortable. There was too much stuff going on and I felt like things were out of control. I wanted out so I started breathing fast and deep to exit the dream. The scene changes but I don’t think I remain lucid. I was now on a snowmobile with girl. We were flirting while on the snowmobile. This is basically my longest and most controlled lucid dream. I was just wondering what happened and have any of you had similar experiences. My theory is that i exerted to much effort by trying to force the season to change. This caused the dream to loose stability and things got too out of control with those crazy snowmobilers ripping around my backyard. lol

So you panicked because so much was going on? As you'll get told a lot, keep calm. Its just a dream. There may be a lot of things happening around you, but as long as you believe, it is all in your control. Maybe you got too excited?

you can get some strange emotions and mental experiences occurring while your dreaming. hard to know what happened with this. i've never had anything like this happen but dont worry too much peace xD
