      Lucid Meditation

A good few months back someone mentioned that when lucid try and meditate on you mind. This must have triggered a subconscious chainreaction as I managed to close my eyes and activate my "Third Eye" while dreaming last night. It was an amazing experience which allowed me to see more inconsistency within the dream realm. It started when I became aware of dreaming, I floated towards the ground and closed my eyes, placed my arms on my knees. Firstly, I felt like my body was swaying slowly forwards and backwards, then the speed increased, I began to feel all wavy and lose in form, like existing beyond my body, my mind was my existence! I got really scared and wanted to open my eyes. I became aware of being inside a dream but also aware that I was meditating within the dream so it was like double layer consciousness for me, I have to admit it has changed my simple perspective and view on 'Lucidity'. I knew I could reach different dimensional states of awareness without actually thinking about it in waking life.....

After I mediated I found myself noticing details (like when people mention a LSD trip) looking at my hand and watching it change shape, looking at my reflection in the mirror and seeing two images, fighting in slow motion etc. The fight was like Neo and the Agents in the Matrix! I saw the actions before they happened. I would love to become a master of the dream realm like some onieroaunts, I just hope this was a small taste of things to come!
"I was looking back to see if you were looking back at me to see me looking back at you".

yes, its an interesting subject. I once tried to meditate in a dream. I sent my awareness to the "third eye" and suddenly felt a strong wave of energy going through my body wich made me more lucid. I somehow felt that I was more awake than even in real life. When I looked at obstacles I did not just see them but really felt a emotional connection with them that went beyond any feeling I knew from reality.
Its a common technique in Tibetan Buddism /Shamanism to meditate in lucid dreams. Life is short but with this technique you get additional time for spiritual practice. We spend one third of our life in absolute ignorance about ourselves being in sleep/ordinary dreams.

Yeah, you will, if you really want it and practice a lot. And not only Master of the dream but also Master of your life.
