First Lucid!!

Well, not my technically my first, since i've had a couple before, but my first since stumbling upon this site So i started my dream journal last week, and last night i had a Lucid dream!! funny its also friday the 13 My dream: I was standing alone on a street near my house, and suddenly, i realize i am dreaming. I stay calm because i remember many people wake up from their first few lucids by becoming too excited. Then i start to fly around, and levitate a leaf with my mind a bunch of thoughts come into my mind of other things i could do and i think it becomes overwhelmed, and i feel like i'm going to lose my lucidity, so i start spinning and the scene i picked out for when i became lucid flashed in my dream, but then i have a false awakening. I started my dream journal on November the 6. Is this pretty good for a beginner?

That's very good for a beginner, keep up the good work. To keep yourself from getting overwhelmed, you should come up with a list of tasks, so you won't waste time thinking of what you could do when lucid. May you have many more lucids in the future

grats, ! i had my first one too earlier, you can check out my thread. doesn't it feel so like rewarding that you did it ? i hadn't flied though, because i got distracted. is it really that good?

It must get too over whelming if you fly. Because it must feel so real. Because dreams are hardly different from awake life.
