Finally!

After much work and preperation i finally attained lucidity! Here is my excerpt from my dream journal. Finally had a lucid dream. I had two infact. The first one i woke up in my dream bed but the dream was very unstable. It wasnt too clear and i couldnt stand or stay still its like i kept stumbling around and my bed was like a magnet. I think i rushed into a dream TOO fast, and i couldnt keep control. The second dream was much more stable, but only lasted for a few minutes. Too make sure i was dreaming, i looked outside my window. Every yard in my neighborhood had many graves with very beautiful gravestones. The grass was beautifully green. I wanted to go outside but didnt wanna walk through my house, so i tried to go through a wall, but i failed for some reason. This must have made em lose focus because after this i started to wake up. I remembered to rub my hands together and shout "increase clarity!" when the dream started. I rubbed and felt my sheets for a second. My key to attaining lucidity was the sleep paralysis. When i started feeling or noticing sleep paralysis i made myself just take that leap and jump into a dream. By doing this, i find myself in my bed, but in the dream world! Success! Im not sure what method i used to get this lucidity, i just know i woke up and was like hmm, i just had a short little dream lets try to have a lucid one. So i tried it, and bam. Two in a row, easy as pie. Im confident that i have gotten my technique on entering dreams down, now i just have to learn to do it regularly. My only problem is summoning sleep paralysis.

Before i forget, i had a THIRD one after making this thread and going back to sleep. This time i amm in an apocalyptic world of renegades and beasts LOL, dont know how the hell i ended up there but some girl was showing me around and i tried to fuck her but she said i needed to complete my tasks first LOL. I tried flying in this one and to my surprise it was the easiest thing so far. I imagined myself bolting into the air like dragon ball z and i try it and BAM, im like a fuckin rocket! Im getting the hang of this!

Congratulations on the lucids. Did you remain still after waking up after your dreams (before the lucids)? No, i believe they were a mix of DEILD and WBTB. I wanted to also tell you that the gravestones were like celtic crosses. After making this thread, i had been up for like 25 minutes and went back to sleep, only to get SP again and im like HELL YEAH GIMME THAT SP LOL. Man it felt so easy to get into the dream from that point. The last dream had some really scary shit happening and i was trying to force myself to wake up and ironically i couldnt wake up, it just switched dream scenes and i felt drunk, in a broken down bed in a messy room, was quite weird. Oh and im so confused about the first one, because it didnt seem like a dream when i was stumbling around, it was like the further away i got from my bed the harder my bed pulled at me, its hard to explain, im wondering if this could have been an OBE or just a dream.

im wondering if this could have been an OBE or just a dream. If you get into the stuff I think you'll notice it's extremely difficult to tell where this dream/OBE threshold is, if it exists. Basically, it's impossible to tell unless you assume that all dreams have some connection with, whatever's out there when you have an OBE. Much congratulations though. I'm not dreaming hardly at all at the mo!
