My first Lucid Dream.

Hello, First time poster Last night I had my first lucid dream, without even trying! I went to sleep worrying about something. I then had a "nightmare" and just as I was waking up and felt myself in the bed I said to myself "This Is a Dream!" and kept saying it. Then I went back into it. And was onto of rooftops with alot of people on the roof and ground. And I just started jump from rooftop to rooftop cause I was excited I knew it was a dream! It was crazy! I then remember waking up, getting out of bed, walking into my living room. SOmething did'nt feel right and I asked myself if i was dreaming still. I was! I dont know how I knew but I did. I forget what eles I did because when I woke up I did'nt think to come here and post it or write it down. All I remember was changing my surroundings after that. After I woke up I kept looking back and forth at the clock just to see if changed everytime I looked at it just to make sure I wasnt still dreaming Man I hope I have another one tonite!
