      Auto Suggestion Works Miracles.........

      Hey everyone,

So I just recently started college again yesterday.. its about 8 hours of school a day, and an hour drive there and back. So Last night, being tired, I laid down at about 8 ish and went to sleep for 3 hours... I woke, sort of awake but still tired, and decided to get a glass of OJ. I did that, and took 2 Vitamin b6 pills. As I laid there trying to fall back to asleep, I kept repeating to myself only a few times "I Will Remember My Dreams In Full Detail... I will Remember to do a Reality Check...."

So I dose off, and have some crazy vivid dreams (thanks to the b6).

Sometime during the night I ended up waking up (or i thought I did). Instantly I knew I was in SP because I could hardly move my dream body or see!

For some reason SP likes to mess up my vision. So I go to my bedroom light, and try to turn it on........FAIL

I actually think I am awake at this moment due to the vividness of the dream and how everything was exactly how it was in waking life.. So I get out of bed and go out into the hall trying to figure out what is going on.. Am I dreaming, or am I awake, IDK!!!!

I try to turn on another light switch, and that fails! So I walk back down the hall toward my bedroom again and try to shove my finger through the palm of my hand... That didn't work!

FINALLY, I try the nose RC (my fav) and it works! I realized I was dreaming, but sadly it ended right after that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just loved the fact that I haven't used auto suggestion on my self for a while, and one random night I decide to do it, and it works... It has worked very very well for me in the past, either for remembering dreams in detail, or lucidity...

      Just have 1 question...

I know SP is suppose to keep our waking body from acting out our dreams, but why does it sometimes seem it is making my dream body unable to move as well? Not only that, why does it effect my vision in the dream?

I am assuming that it has something to do with the SUB C? It's happened to me a bunch of times, and it's only at times when I realize I am dreaming.. So maybe it goes further then that?

      Thanks again everyone!
