My first post.

Hello all! I am OrcaXIII and this is my first post. I have although been lucid dreaming since I was 8 so I am a bit of an expert. Here is an example: I walked into the doors of my high school. Everything was normal. The sounds, the many rushing kids (it was 5 minutes before we started class), the rushes of air when people passed me, the smels the textures, everything seemed normal. But I myself felt different. I looked the same and felt the same, but it felt like an emptiness I cannot explain. I ran over to my friends sitting at a table. My friend Kathrine smiled and waved. Heather said "Hey there Fetterline" (Don't ask why she calls me this) But anyway, I didn't really say anything. I didn't feel right. I ran to the bathroom, not too fast in fear that this was real. I looked in the large mirror. I saw myself staring back. I lifted up my hand, the mirror repeated. I reached my hand towards the mirror closer and closer until... I then figured out it was a dream... My hand went straight through the mirror without effort. I took it back out and ran back to the table of girls. I still remained silent. It drove me crazy, they were so blissfully aware they didn't exist. "Yay! Fetterline gets what we want out of him!" Heather said referring to the silence. "care to repeat that?" I said. "Watcha gonna do if I do?" She said with big eyes. I just laughed, thn paused. "That's what I thought." She said. I swiftly picked up her books and threw them across the room. "That's what I'm gonna do about it." I was perfectly content nowing there was no consequence. The principal and other teachers, ran over to me furious with rage. Right when they reached me I swiftly flew my arms outword with my eyes closed. Everybody and everything froze. Paper airplanes, flies, people, everything froze in air and on the ground. Just what I planned. I then moved my arms in one direction and saw every thing 10x fast move backwards motion. I stopped it at 8:05 before any of this happened. Every one continued what they were doing. I smiled knowing they would never know what just happened those few seconds ago... Then I woke up.

Welcome to the forum Orca. That my friend, sounds like it would have been a very interesting lucid dream. A few people here seem to have trouble freezing and controlling time. I've never tried it myself so I wouldn't know, but you seem to have done a pretty good job at it. Congrats on the dream and bad luck for waking up.
