      How to forget Lucid Dreams?

A few nights ago, I had a partial-LD that I definitely want to forget because it's making me feel depressed. In the dream, the girl I loved for a long time finally admits that she feels the same, and just as we are about to kiss, I wake up. It doesn't sound bad, but it was alot longer than that. Plus, if you were me, you'd understand.

Is there a way to forget the dream so I can stop thinking about it?
      Thanks

Ive had those types of dreams before. A bit depressing, but I ackowledge my subconscious and act on them. Unfortunately, I don't believe you can forget the whole dream. Just chat/hang out with some friends, go to a party, and you'll stop thinking about the dream in no time.

You can't forget it, But you can leave it in the back of your mind so you dont need to think about it unless you want to.

When you wake from dreams, your normal consciousness can remain part of that experience.

see your dream as a projected illusion in which you practiced new experiencing and learning.
      Move on, and stop indulging.
