I've never had a lucid dream, so I thought I'd ask you guys...

Last night I remember having a dream where I recognized the place I was (at this cottage) and then looked up these steep forest-covered mountains and remembered what was up there (some abandoned complex or something) so I started heading up there.

The strange thing is that when I woke up, I realized where I'd "remembered" that place and that knowledge from. It was from a dream I'd had a couple weeks ago where I had reached the top of the mountains and found it!

Has this sort of thing ever happened to anyone?

When you're lucid dreaming, can you go back and meet the same people over and over and go to the same places night after night, like a television series?
