Disappointed

Think I was a little to over optimistic last night I was hoping for some real good LD, After getting to around 4 in the morining and having nothing, I got in to 2 LD's even though i have great recall of them I don't think I was in great control , more going with the flow. I new I should be, but sort of felt like I wanted to just sit back and watch rather than take control. has anyone else found that with scenes that are dull or over complicated ? going to concentrate harder tonight or maybe thats the problem thinking to hard about it and not going to sleep ? all the best stef

I had something kinda like that. I was about to become lucid (I suspected a dream and was about to voice it out and say it), but instead I decided to wait untill no one else was around. I thought it would be embarrasing! What an idiot! I eventually went on in the dream and forgot to do the reality check.
