      Arms Shaking?

I had my second lucid moment last night. During a dream i realised i was dreaming and then found myself in a very dark room with only a small desk with a TV on, there was an image of a lady with black hair on the TV.
While looking at the TV i was telling myself to stay in the dream. This seemed to be working when i could feel my body lieing on the bed and could tell what side i was lied on.
Yet still i didn't wake up.
Then i could feel both arms shaking quite violently, at this point i became quite worried and forced myself to wake up. The second i woke up the shaking stopped.

What i would like to know is... Is it common to shake arms, legs whatever once you have become lucid?
Lets all do something mental like steal a traffic cone.

      Um...

What? I- I don't know... I have never had that. I think that was just part of your dream. Also, in a lucid dream. Since nothing exists, you should never be afraid. Just remember it isn't real.

It happens to me about once a month. Vibrational State of shaking....I think its connected to 'Limbo-Land', your body and mind are not fully disconnected, so when you experience somthing within the dream it triggers a response in your body and doesnt know how to react, so it shakes. Cannnot offer a scientific explanation though

Its like when you wake up with an arm thats like jelly, then the blood slowly circulates around your arm (thats weird when that happens).
