Hey I didn't exactly take a break from lucid dreaming, but from Dreamviews. When I left, I was still working on having lucids but wasn't coming on Dreamviews. If a person isn't having luck with lucid dreaming at all, I do recommend taking a small break though. Maybe just a week or two though.

I've read a little bit on your profile, and you say, that you began to have many lucids after a break. I've heard about that before. I'm not planning to do it, but do you think it was random? Just curious.
