I'm in my early 20's and I have been interested in LD since middle school. Back then I had 0 dream recall ability to the point where I didn't even think I had dreams at night. I realized that since I spent 1/3 of my life asleep I better start taking advantage of that time and learn to dream. In my research (like most people) I learned about LD and it's pioneers (LaBerge, Waggoner etc.). I had my first LD back in 8th grade. I have been in and out of practice but my interest in dreaming has always remained. I am currently a volunteer for the IASD (albeit I don't do very much). My goal is to prove that shared dreaming is scientifically possible.
