    She's Dead

by Shinzou on 09-03-2012 at 06:08 PM
Note: While this dream is going on, a song called "Lullaby of M" was playing. If you want to listen to is while reading this to get a better feel of the dream, you can listen to it.

Code Geass - Lullaby of M - YouTube

This was the last part of my dream. I don't know why I can't remember the first 90% if my dream, but all I remember about it is that it was really sad yet exciting.

I was standing inside of my bath tub by myself. Beside my feet were two piles of seaweed. I pick up one pile and I pretend to put it on someone's head (like the thing on a bride's head). Suddenly, a young, cute girl I'd never seen before appears and I continue to fix it onto her head. The seaweed slowly turns a light brown and transforms into her messy, wet hair. I fix it up a bit and bend down to pick up the other pile.
I try to do the same thing as the first one. I pretend to put it onto someone's head but nothing happens. I try again. And again. And again. Each time, feeling more and more distressed. Finally, with tears rolling down my face, I place the seaweed onto the girls head. This time, the seaweed doesn't change.
I continue to straighten the girl's hair and then stop, too overcome with grief. I look her in the eyes (which is when I realize she looks an awful lot like a real version of Nunally from Code Geass) and ask with a very watery voice "Wh... where's La-La?"
    The girl replies "she's dead".
Then I wake up, face drenched in tears.

    Lucid Practice 1

by Shinzou on 04-15-2012 at 02:58 PM
Just to let you know, this took some of my nerve to do because my first attempt at a lucid dream ended up in a paralyzing nightmare.

This dream started off simple enough. In this dream, I was at one of the practices for my church's Easter play. The room was dark and i could barely see anything. I noticed that something was different because everyone wasn't in costume. So I think "I must be dreaming". But as soon as I was about to try out something, my alarm goes off and I wake up.

This happens three times, as I kept pressing "snooze" instead of "off" on my alarm on my phone.

The fourth time that I fell asleep, I was thrown immediately into a lucid dream, unlike the first four times. So I walk out the door of the sanctuary, and I find myself in the hallway to my old church in New Jersey. So I decide to try out some stuff.

The first thing I try to do is make something appear out of nowhere. Suddenly, an earthquake starts to shake the building and I don't know how to make it stop (I also began to think that I was on the verge of waking up because I thought I heard the faint sound of an alarm going off). So I continue with the tests regardless.

The second thing I try is some Dragonball Z things. I tried Freeza's death beam. Success. I try Krillin's Destructo Disc. Success. I begin to try the Kamehameha Wave. I get into the pose and start yelling out the name "Kaaa... meeee... haaaa... meee...." In my perspective, it look so DANG cool!!! And just when I was about to yell "HAAA!!!", my alarm goes off, thrusting me back into the real world and out of the dream world.

Couldn't get back to sleep after that. So mad...

    Recurring Dream

by Shinzou on 01-26-2012 at 09:49 AM
I had this dream when I was five and have had the same dream three times after. The last time I had it was eight years ago. I am now nineteen.

This dream starts out in a beautiful forest somewhere. The sun is shining through the tall trees (which is rare since 99% of my dreams are cloudy during the daytime). The only sounds are that of the grass beneath my feet as I walk and the soft rustling of the tree branches in the wind.

I'm walking through said forest when I come across two wooden doors standing by themselves near the edge of a darker part of the forest. The door on the left slowly opens.

Through the left door is an arcade with a lot of people in it. This room seems packed to maximum capacity, yet the people there walk around with ease. I take one step towards the left door when the right door begins to open.

Through the right door is a boardwalk amusement park with not so many people. There are a lot of concession stands and game stands but the only ride visible is the ferris wheel right at the edge of the boardwalk.

I enter through the right door. Instantly, I am surrounded by my family (five, including me) who are all smiling at me. I smile back and look to the ferris wheel. Behind it, the sun is setting on the horizon. The water reflects the sun, making the view even more beautiful.

The dream skips to where my family and I are in one of the cars on the ferris wheel and we are slowly ascending to the top of the ferris wheel. We get to the very top and the ferris wheel stops. My family is still smiling as I turn from them to look at the sunset once again. I turn back and they're gone... but not only them. All of the people who I saw at the boardwalk have disappeared. The sound of the rustling trees is still clearly heard. All alone, I stare off into the sunset. I begin to cry.

I wake up with tears streaming down my face.

To this day, I don't know if I was crying because I was alone, because of the beauty of the sunset, or both.

    Misty Clothes-Line

by Shinzou on 01-26-2012 at 09:30 AM
This dream began in my old neighborhood in New Jersey.

It was extremely foggy but it was also daytime. I was standing in the street in front of my house. Suddenly, in the distance, I see a figure of someone riding a bike. So I yell "Julian?" The figure comes into focus and it is my friend, Julian, with one arm controlling the bike and the other outstretched away from him. He comes in fast and clothes-lines me.

    I flinch and wake up.
