Huge Dog/Wolf Dream?

I had a dream that my sister and I were in a big white, empty room. When you walked in the room the wall directly in front of you had a huge window. The room was dark, and quiet. My sister sat on the floor across the room from me, and seem to be in a some what daze. My nephew appeared out of nowhere(after all it is a dream) and walked from my sister, over to me. I asked her what was wrong, and she said "he doesnt want you near me!" "Who?" I asked. Next thing I know I stood up from sitting on the floor and told her to run my direction. We took off and hugged each other tightly. There was such a strong force it was pulling us apart. Our grip had slipped leaving us struggling holding on to each others elbows. The force was so strong it sent us flying to the opposite sides of the room. I dont know where my nephew went, he just vanished. My sister said, " I told you he doesnt want you near me!" Again I ask, "Who?" I told her to tell him to come here (to the room) I wanted to see his face. I started getting angry and cursing. Everytime my sister would talk about "him" she would close her eyes as if she was talking to whoever it was in her head. I started walking around the room impatiently awaiting for "his" arrival, but everytime time I would get near my sister there was a force keeping me away so I paced my side of the room. I sat in a chair tapping my feet. My anger started turning into a little bit of fear. I then began to pray in my head and then aloud. My sister in kinda of a angry but yet nervous tone said "He doesnt like that!" and I said "Good, just tell him to get here now!" She closed her eyes and then opened them saying "He's coming, hes by the front gate!" I continued to pray and pace. All of a sudden there was kind of a high pitch tone, the room got warmer and turned green and then red. Then window shattered and a hugh dark brown/blackish dog jumped through. The room turned back to its normal color but stayed warm. The dog was like the size of a horse or maybe even bigger and kind of looked like the dogs off of Twlight. With its teeth viciously showing and eyes glarring, I instantly jumped up and started fighting it. The grabbed me by my left bicep, so I put my right arm down it throat to gag it which different work. I took my right arm out and started punching it throat, it let go. I then jumped on top of it and began twisting its head. Its neck began to pop and break, but it still wouldnt die. I got his head twisted 180 degrees but it still was not enough to kill it. The dog began to stagger, so I jump off in hopes I had defeated it. After a minute or so I jumped back up on the dog and made it neck pop one more time and it finally fell over. I had defeated it. I then ran over to my sister, grabbed her in my arms, then I woke up. What the heck does mean? It was so real and I was able to use all my sences clearly.
