I usually am a confident and carefree person, and my dreams usually reflect this, but in the last month, I've had to do more work and take on more responsibility than I've ever had to in the last five years. Since then, I've started to have recurring dreams of three different topics. Two of them I can easily figure out why I'm having them, but the third is much more ambiguous.

The dream can start with anything, any situation, but at some point, I end up being alone, in the woods, with a pack of wolves slowly advancing on me. I've never seen wolves in the wild in real life, and the wolves in my dreams aren't menacing and large, but instead fairly small and with piercing eyes. I try to back away from them, but I find that I usually can't, because there's a barrier behind me, but that that barrier is negotiable (for example, I'm on an island and the lake is behind me). In the end, as they continue to slowly advance on me, I'm forced to try to get around them by trying to get into that barrier and go around them. When I do begin to get away from them, they don't follow me anymore with anything but their eyes, but even though I got away from them, I never feel relief, only that I was lucky to get away and that they'll be back, and next time, I won't be able to escape them. When they catch me, I don't know what will happen, but I know they won't just simply kill me. It will be bad, though.

Any ideas?
