ive always had dreams that will repeat places, people, or odd situations ive never been in in real life. for instance, ill keep being in these strange houses, or houses i know but that keep having the same secret or incorrect rooms in them. ive always had this dream where im at my g-father's and there is this secret button thats always located in a different hiding spot and it opens a secret room in the wall. usually, its places that recur and at the time in dream (non-lucid) ill remember them from my past (my dream-past) but naturally in waking life i'm like wtf? that doesnt exist. it's as if i have my waking memories and then a compilation of "dream memories" that when repeated, seem right at the time because theyve been in dreams before. anyone else feel this phenomenon? its so strange when you think about it.
