I need help with nightmare control fast Ok today i had a nightmare and i knew i was dreaming but i was too scared to control my dreams i tryed teleporting like i ussually do in lucid dreams but i coudn't i was to scared . i need help with control while scared to death... heres how it happened bottom and i hope this is the right place to post this


The night mare started when some guy and some monster thing were fighting he had some power objects and when the monster defeated him and the objects flew off to where i was and ofcourse i picked them up and that was when i wanted power then this flying thing took me and i got that falling feeling and i was been brought down from a ufo and my hand were glowing with some markins and i was in my room and some things were after me they were flouting and i false owoke like 3 times and in those times i knew i was dreaming because of my watch and i kept looking at it to see if i was dreaming and thats how i kept lucid but with no control what so ever i just knew i was dreaming and coudn't use any powers i ussually do when am lucid i was acctually yelling to teleport to my school since their i have better control but i coudn't teleport. than i saw my laptop in my bed and it had this page open and it had some information about me and it said devil's forum t.hen those creatures came again they were trying to get in my room and i tryed waking up again and i did but i want to be able to use lucid dream powers in night mares but i can't i get too scared and when nothing works i just wake myself up but htis time it took 4 tryes to wake myself up. so any tip or thing i can do
