Last night I had a nightmare about ticks, which I purely and utterly hate. I think its probably the lowest of the lowest of lifeforms on earth and that they have no right what so ever to live and reproduce. They suck blood and spread diseases and look nasty. Period.

Anyway, I was standing in my house entrance behind a radiator, which normally isn't there. Some ticks was crawling at it and I lit them on fire with a lighter to kill them. As soon as they were on fire, and they were quite flammable, they exploded with a hardly noticable "plop".

They amount of ticks quickly increased, and suddenly there was a huge, as big as my underarm, crawling on the radiator along with the others. Kind of like the mothertick, or the Queen. I nearly threw up by the bare sight of it.

This abomination also quickly lit, and I took cover between the door and the radiator waiting for the "plop". I didn't hear a sound. When I looked up the floor was covered in ticks and I thought "Where's that flamethrower when you need it?" I couldn't walk through the sea of bloodsucking monsters and was unable to open the door behind me, my only way to escape to freedom.

All I could think of was to die, so I focused all my willpower on dying in order to "put an end to this nightmare". Had I only realized it was a nightmare I would probably have solved the problem within an instant due to lucid powers, but none the less I did not. So, trying to die as fast as dreamingly possible, I woke up, soaked in sweat, convinced my bed was filled with the murderous creatures of my most horrifying fantasies. I threw my blanket on the floor, jumped up on my desk and lit the lamp to investigate the presence of nasty buggars.

Luckily, they were gone. The time was: 04:20 Unfortunatly I didn't have any stash to celibrate my victorious moment, I had survived the gruesome attack of one of the most disgusting creature on earth. After about 20 minutes I fell asleep and dreamt about going to an empty thai-island with my future wife, living happily ever after.

A nice closing to a rough night.

Anyone else being attacked by hordes of insects in their dreams?
