Thread: Recurring Dreams?

I do not dream every night, not often at all really. But when I do its either random and then lucid OR a dream that I have had before. For some reason I never realize this until I wake up. Most of the dreams that keep repeating are from early childhood but not all. So I was just wondering, anyone else have something like this?

I have recurring dreams about being back in my old elementary/high school. I don't ever realize it until I wake up either. Usually I either can't find my locker, am late to class, or didn't complete my assignment on time. For some reason, I never realize I'm dreaming and am not lucid in these dreams.

No, not really. I have some repeating themes like forgetting air tickets or not revising for exams but the scene changes with each dream. Sometimes I visit similar places, but not identical, in my dreams. But that's what I would expect given the random nature of dreams and the fairly constant state of the unconscious.
