Nightmares please help!

Hi! i am a male in my early 20's. have a history of depression and loneliness. never taken chem meds tho. usually i do not remember my dreams. i used to toke quite a bit but have recently taken a break. now i am starting to remember my dreams frequently. lately i have been dreaming every night. last night i had my most disturbing dream ever.. this is mainly because of the last images i saw before waking. this is also the first time i can remember actually dying in my dreams. can anyone help me interpret my dreams please? this is scaring the $hit out of me and i am starting to wonder if i am going crazy. i am having a hard time filling out the blanks so i think it would not do to post this as a novel style story. i just recently started to recollect my dreams they are usually very obscure to me. in fact i am amazed over the details i could remember from this one i will post my log of the dream as it is. please ask questions if you need something in order to interpret. thank you! i had three different dreams or scenarios that i recollect from that night. each one is separated by whitespace. Log: *Overall feeling for this part is hopelessness.* im seeing what looks like an alien pet it is yellow and a low flying creature it looks like a bat it flies down basement door i start following it beyond the door there is a cave going way down i climb down but nothing is there except a river then i try to climb back up but as i am close to the top i slip and fall down when i hit the ground i am still alive injured i drag myself into the river taken by the stream i hit a cave wall then i die *no particular feelings* i am in a gta style metro city rushing trough traffic on a MC going to kill three men. enemies? gangsters? i am not sure never seen them before in my life. pulling out a luger type pistol shooting the first man in the head get shot in the shoulder area, feeling the sting i then shoot and kill second man third man vanished in thin air, i did not kill him checking their pockets and find some money but i am not interested tho. searching further i find a video camera looking at footage of candid camera it looks like an alien is being filmed, looks like some kind of secret area 51 footage the vision is very obscured, in black and white and last for seconds only *Feelings of being frightened and extreme uncomfort* i am in an unknown house there is a dark atmosphere surrounding it i notice that the balcony door is open so i am going over to close it as i do i am getting chased by four footed beast that was lurking outside i am not sure how it got in or if i even managed to close the door in time anyway, i am running from it going around the table opposit from were it is so it wont reach me then *bam* it suddenly feels like i am in a movie theater, like i have been there all along watching the above happening on screen suddenly i am no longer in the theatre quick images of a zombie or alien flashes before me it is humanoid in appearance, smiling towards me and looking at me while tilting his head in a downwards angle. he is pinching the skin on top of his forehead,ripping it off and putting it back, repeatedly. as to show me it is loose. he as an eerie smile. at this point i am feeling extremely uncomfortable then i wake up What do you make of this?
