      Stange recurring dream.....

Hi! I have never had this happen to me before and I'm not sure what it means so maybe someone might be able to give me some understanding as to why this keeps happening. Ok, here's what's going on in my dream: It begins with me laying on my sofa in the livingroom and I wake up in my dream but I'm totally aware that I'm still dreaming. I sit up and look around my livingroom and standing off to the side is my best friend, only she is not herself. Her body is like a liquid silver and she's surrounded by blue fog. (stange, I know) I stand up and ask her what happened to her and she won't say anything to me. I keep asking her to say something to me but she won't. I start to walk towards her but she puts her hands up and a see-through brick wall suddenly appears between us. Once this happens, another person with the same silvery, liquid body but with red fog around her appears in the room on the same side of the wall as my friend. my friend see's this other woman and starts screaming and then she starts hitting the wall to try to get on the same side as me but she can't. Then I wake up. But I dream it again the next night and the same things happened except in this one after she starts screaming and hitting the wall, the other woman walks towards her and grabs her arms and starts to drag her away, then i wake up. I've had the second dream 3 times in a row now (last night was the 3rd night for it) and now I don't want to go to sleep tonight. Can someone please explain how or why this is happening? Any thoughts or tips would be greatly appreciated.

The first thing to remember is that everything you dream is a part of you. So the dream isn't about your friend, it's about you. Somehow there's a (friendly) part of you that you're feeling isolated from. More than isolated in fact, torn apart from.

As for the silver/blue I can't help much. Think about your feelings in the dream, how they changed as the dream went on. How you feel about the silver and blue etc etc etc.
