Thread: Recurring Dreams

Now I'm new to this forum and I have a question about recurring dreams. I have been having a recurring for about 10-8 years now. But the stupid thing is I don't have a clue about it and I can never recall the whole dream. All I hear is this voice saying something over and over again while I'm looking around in some room - that's all I remember. But the strangest thing is whenever I just really focus or relax I can hear that voice in the dream. Except I don't know what it's saying. How can I remember this dream if all I see in it is gibberish. I know it means something, I just don't know what.

You have three choices:
Attempt to become lucid during it.
Practice dream recall until you can remember it.
Have someone wake you up when you are having the dream and try to remember it.

I used to have a recurring nightmare about my teeth falling out. The last time it happened was about two years ago, and I actually realised it was a dream during the dream - I guess that counts as lucid, I never thought about that - and I woke up. Haven't had it since.
