my Bats dream for 20 years

I posted about this in the General forum but noticed this sub forum thought id post it here

Now to tell you about one dream I have had since I was a kid and have been having for over 20 years

its about bats in the window and they all attack me to the ground and start tickling me then I get some very sharp stabbing paines on my shoulder and back. at that stage thats when i know staight away *its a dream!!*

because it hurts so much I try to wake myself up by my eyes wont open its like they are stuck together eventully I come out of the dream and wake up in sweet and ALWAYS wake up in the middle of the night its never morning when I have this dream

This is the problem I have with lucid dreaming as soon as I know im dreaming which is very rare this nightmare comes staight into my heard because i dont want it to happen and that same window and the bats appear

the strange thing is the dream alwayas happens in the house i used to live in as a kid in my room that same window.

Thoughts anyone?

I'd say some techniques in how to get rid of the pain and bats, but I think that would be counter-productive. Instead, this is something I really think you need to work through.

That in itself isn't helpful. So here is my suggestion. Next tiem you see the bats. Stop, calm down, don't freak, and ask the bats who they are and what they are doing in your room.
